• Provide building maintenance
• To perform general repair works, including painting, patching of walls, electrical switches and other fixtures and equipment
• Plumbing & sanitary - Clear minor chokes in sanitary systems - toilet bowls and basins, floor traps, repair of sanitary fittings, etc, including the drains surrounding the premises.
• Basic carpentry and metal welding works
• Monthly aircon servicing
• Attend to breakdown, servicing, repairing and emergency requests from various outlets under the company.
• Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences.
• To assist as and when required in relocation of furniture/ equipment etc, and general housekeeping.
• Work independently
• Billingual - English & Mandarin
• Able to drive lorry/van/car - Class 3 license (manual tranmission)

Main working location: Near Changi Village. Will need to travel between different locations, prefer if have own transport.
