Maintenance Technician

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Building Maintenance  

Carry out daily inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair works for building facilities and equipment.   Ensure all building systems are operating safely and efficiently.  

2. Electrical Troubleshooting  

Perform troubleshooting and rectification of electrical faults, including lighting, power distribution, switches, and control panels.  Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.  

3. ACMV Maintenance  

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems.  Coordinate repairs and ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment.  

4. Audio-Visual & Sound System Setup  

Set up and operate basic audio-visual and sound systems for meetings, conferences, events, and functions.  Ensure microphones, speakers, projectors, and related equipment are functioning properly before events.  

5. Live Band & Event Support  

 Provide technical support for live band performances, events, and functions.   Handle sound checks, equipment connections, and adjustments to ensure smooth event operations.  

6. Sound System Troubleshooting  

 Diagnose and rectify sound system failures promptly during meetings, events, or live performances.   Minimize downtime by identifying issues and restoring system functionality within a short time frame.  

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.

· Knowledge of electrical systems, ACMV, and building services.

· Experience in sound system setup and troubleshooting for meetings and live events.

· Able to work independently and respond effectively during emergencies.
