Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment and facilities.
• Ensure timely follow-up and proper documentation of maintenance records and service reports.
• Support SOE budget planning, monthly expense tracking, and reconciliation with finance teams.
• Request and negotiate RFQs from vendors for maintenance services, spare parts, and equipment.
• Coordinate vendor schedules, monitor service quality, and maintain vendor performance records.
• Verify vendor deliveries, maintenance completion, and month-end DO/service documentation.
• Process PR, PO, RFA approvals, and payment requests through the Ariba system.
• Liaise with procurement and finance teams to resolve invoice and system discrepancies.
• Receive, issue, and monitor maintenance materials while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Maintain proper store documentation, inventory organization, and compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Planning, Procurement, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing or plant facilities maintenance environments preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as inventory management systems/software.
• Strong problem-solving skills, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work overtime when required.
