Responsibilities:

• Organize and schedule preventive maintenance and calibration of production equipment, as well as routine and ad-hoc upkeep of building and utility systems.
• Prepare and review approval documents, training manuals, installation applications for government agencies, and other internal paperwork.
• Manage spare parts inventory, including obtaining quotes, negotiating prices, and placing orders.
• Coordinate feasibility studies and planning for new equipment and facility installations.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and basic electrical work when needed.
• Support company EHS activities as part of the Technical Department.
• Supervise contractors and liaise for maintenance or repair tasks.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical, Electrical & Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering.
• 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in related field or chemical industry.
• Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) preferred; basic understanding of electrical systems/instruments required.
• Familiar with EHS issues, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
• Knowledge of Risk Assessment and FMEA.
• Auto-CAD skills advantageous.
