Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier coordination
• Sort, distribute, and ensure timely delivery of documents within the office
• Maintain records of mail and shipments
• Perform basic administrative duties (filing, scanning, data entry)
• Manage office supplies and keep the mailroom organized
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Details:

• Punggol or CBD (can choose)
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm
• $1,800 - $2,000

Requirements:

• Min 2-3 years of experience in mailroom, logistics or related operations
• Able to handle confidential documents and process courier invoices
• Good in PC skills (Word, Excel, email)
