Job Summary

Lead machining operations by planning, coordinating, and overseeing production cycles from part design to fabrication, ensuring quality standards and equipment maintenance in alignment with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Machining Manager and implement company Quality policies and objectives
• Communicate and ensure full understanding of the company’s Quality policy among staff
• Plan machining work to meet production schedules and customer specifications
• Oversee daily operations to ensure production cycles are completed efficiently from part design through fabrication
• Coordinate and direct machining work according to customer requirements and industrial standards
• Troubleshoot technical and production issues to maintain smooth workflow
• Maintain accurate records of work in compliance with company procedures
• Ensure machinists properly maintain equipment and tools to support operational efficiency
• Enforce good housekeeping practices for machines, equipment, and the shop floor to maintain a safe and organized work environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum ITE qualification in mechanical or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant machining experience
• Familiarity with API 6A, API 16A, and other relevant industrial standards
• Strong CNC machining background with proficiency in Mastercam software

• Demonstrated management skills to effectively lead and coordinate machining teams
