Job Summary

Join established luxury watch boutiques at Changi Airport as a Retail Sales Associate. You will provide professional customer service, support daily retail operations, and contribute to achieving sales targets in a fast-paced airport retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and professional customer service to understand customer needs and recommend suitable luxury watch products

• Explain product features, benefits, and brand value to support sales conversion

• Operate cashier and POS systems accurately to process transactions

• Receive, organize, replenish, and manage stock to ensure inventory accuracy

• Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation

• Ensure store cleanliness and upkeep in line with brand and airport standards

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Perform rotating shift duties, including weekends and public holidays

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to $3,050 excluded commission

• Commission: Attractive performance-based incentives

• Off Days: 11 days per month

• Shift Hours:

  • AM: 5:30am – 3:45pm

  • PM: 3:00pm – 1:15am

• Transport provided for early morning and late-night shifts
