👨‍🍳 Cafe Cook / Chef de Partie

📍 Location: Islandwide
💰 Salary: $2,500 – $3,000
🗓 Working Days: 5 days/week (including weekends & PH)

⏰ Working Hours:
• Shift hours between 10am – 10pm
• Average 55 hours/week including OT
OT expected during initial opening period as café operations stabilise

🛠️ Job Scope:
• Prepare and execute mains, pastries, desserts, and baked goods
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and technique
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
• Support daily mise en place and kitchen preparation
• Assist with menu execution and seasonal creations
• Monitor stock levels and minimise wastage
• Work closely with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

✅ Requirements:
• Experience in café / western kitchen / pastry environment preferred
• Passion for food preparation and presentation
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with good work attitude
