We are looking for a warm, confident and service-oriented Concierge to welcome clients and create an exceptional boutique experience in a luxury retail environment.

Role includes:

* Greeting and welcoming clients into the boutique

* Managing customer flow and guiding clients to the sales team

* Providing attentive and personalised customer service

* Assisting clients with taxi arrangements and directions

* Ensuring clients enjoy a smooth and pleasant boutique experience

Ideal candidate:

✔ Friendly, engaging and confident in speaking with customers

✔ Good spoken English and comfortable interacting with people

✔ Well-groomed and presentable

✔ Experience in luxury retail, hotels, hospitality or concierge roles preferred

✔ Positive attitude and strong service mindset
