Key Responsibilities

* Assist with daily operations at Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore and Airport Terminals.

* Support logistics and customer service teams during cruise arrival and departure operations.

* Deliver a warm, professional, and memorable experience for passengers.

* Coordinate and assist with luggage delivery and passenger transfer services.

* Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve our services.

* Contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

* Prepare daily and monthly operational and commission reports.

* Learn how to manage relationships with overseas partners, hotels, and vendors.

* Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and ad-hoc company events.

* Perform other operational duties assigned by them anagement team.

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Passionate about hospitality, tourism, logistics, or customer experience.

* Friendly, confident, and enjoys interacting with people from around the world.

* A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

* Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.

* Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

* Comfortable working on weekends, public holidays, or cruise operation days (off-days will be provided accordingly).

* Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic reporting is an advantage.

* Recently graduated in Hospitality, Tourism, Business,Logistics, Events, or a related discipline is preferred.
