Key Responsibilities (80%):
Implement and manage LTSA contracts with Singapore power plant owners.
Draft, finalize, and manage subcontracts with vendors.
Prepare and submit proposals and invoices to customers and vendors.
Negotiate commercial terms with customers and vendors, and accurately record sales and services.
Handle documentation, trading, and shipments for transactions with customers and vendors.
Prepare and deliver presentations on specifications, features, and benefits of extra work, upgrades, products, or services to customers.
Act as a liaison between customers, the company, and Japan headquarters.
Monitor, coordinate, and report the status of LTSA projects and delivered products/parts.
Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving any issues arising from products, parts, or services.
Report customer activities and feedback to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate problem-solving initiatives across departments based on company needs.
Support commercial disputes or other tasks required by Japan headquarters for the GTCC service business in the Asia Pacific region.
Align with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Perform other duties as assigned by the company or Japan headquarters.
Responsibilities may extend beyond direct LTSA contracts with Singapore customers.
Regional Support & Marketing (10%):
Stay updated on the latest purchasing and after-sales needs of customers.
Monitor competitor trends and technological developments in the power sector.
Identify target markets, including customers and products.
Analyze trends and sales patterns to provide actionable insights.
Propose and tailor solutions based on current market trends and demands.
Support commercial issues and dispute resolution related to the service business.
Perform other duties as required by the company or Japan headquarters.
Process Improvement & Other Tasks (10%):
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the service department.
Job Requirement:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
More than 7 years of relevant experience in sales, commercial, proposals, contractual agreements and business administration,
Preferably with engineering background of similar products in Power and Energy industry
Excellent understanding of contractual terms, trade administration, general import and export trade and incoterms
Excellent skills to convince the others with reasonable background and propose the win-win solution
Preferable to have a knowledge of commercial and technical terms in power plant business
Strong Knowledge of Gas Turbine Combined Cycle Power Plant Equipment maintenance and Long Term Service Agreement
