·      Support Operations Manager/ Supervsior to ensure efficient and smooth Logistics operation handling  for all airfreight /ocean and logistics shipments accounts

·      Ensure smooth and timely coordination of shipments and correct labelling and dispatch of all shipments inbound and outbound shipments.

·      Ensure proper/ accurate timely fulfillment of all shipments for logistics accounts.

·      Update and maintain accuracy in all inventories reports for all logistics customers and cargoes in the warehouse.

·      Ensure Customers/ Overseas Partners are timely updated on shipment status.

·      Work closely with operation departments to ensure best in class handling of all shipments.

·      Ensure service standards are met with all vendors with best in class customer service.

·      Maintain good relations with all customers and vendors and ensure good customer services.

·      Support the Logistics Manager in cost management and overall efficiency in warehouse operations.

·      Ensure warehouse safety and house- keeping and reports regularly to Logistics Manager on improvement /Feedback.

·      Report to Logistics & Operations Manager

·      Any other official duties assign by Senior management.
