Planning & Coordination

• Plan and manage the entire logistics process (procurement → storage → distribution)

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Oversee warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping)
• Implement inventory control systems to minimize loss and overstock
• Ensure proper handling and storage conditions

Cost Control & Budgeting

• Manage logistics budgets and reduce operational costs
• Optimize routes, storage, and processes to improve efficiency

Team Leadership & Management

• Supervise drivers, warehouse workers, and coordinators
• Train and develop team members
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Compliance & Risk Management

• Manage risks like damages, or supply disruptions
