Responsibilities:

• Individual Contributor
• Oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Coordinate cross-regional shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking partners and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Handle and resolve logistics issues such as delays, customs clearance, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics activities with business needs.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain service quality.
• Manage relationships with logistics vendors, freight forwarders, and service providers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably with regional or international exposure.
• Strong proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) to report/ communicate effectively with HQ and counterparts.
• Ability to manage cross-regional logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Versatile, adaptable, and able to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with logistics systems or ERP tools is an advantage.
