Act as the key person in Singapore overseeing all ocean freight operations,including coordination with Indonesia entities, container planning, and vendormanagement. 
负责新加坡端所有海运操作，协调印尼团队、集装箱规划及物流供应商管理。 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle ocean freight operations from Indonesia to Singapore. 
• 负责从印尼到新加坡的全流程海运操作管理。 
• Coordinate feeder vessel shipments and transition tomainline vessels. 
• 协调支线船运输并衔接至主线船运输。 
• Plan container utilization and consolidationstrategy to optimize cost. 
• 规划集装箱使用及拼箱策略，以优化运输成本。 
• Serve as main contact point for freight forwarders, shippinglines, and local agents. 
• 作为货代、船公司及本地代理的主要联络窗口。 
• Oversee documentation accuracy and compliancerequirements. 
• 负责审核运输单证的准确性及合规性。 
• Monitor shipment timelines and proactively resolvedisruptions. 
• 跟踪运输进度并主动处理异常和延误问题。 
• Build and manage relationshipswith logistics service providers. 
• 建立并维护与物流服务商的合作关系。 
• Provide basic cost tracking and shipment reporting. 
• 进行基础成本跟踪及运输报告整理。 

Requirements: 
任职要求： 

• 4 to 7 years of experience in freight forwarding or shippingoperations. 
• 具备4至7年货运代理或海运操作相关经验。 
• Strong knowledge of LCL, FCL, and transshipmentprocesses. 
• 熟悉拼箱（LCL）、整箱（FCL）及中转运输流程。 
• Experience handling multi-country coordination. 
• 具备跨国家协调工作经验。 
• Able to work independently and set up processes fromscratch. 
• 能够独立工作并建立相关操作流程。 
• Comfortable working in a lean setup without anin-house logistics team. 
• 能够在精简团队且无本地物流团队支持的情况下独立运作。
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment withambiguous boundaries 
• 能够适应快节奏且职责边界不明确的工作环境。
• Demonstrate strong proactiveness in identifying issues anddriving solutions independently
• 具备主动发现问题并独立推动解决的能力。
