• Shipment Coordination: Manage end-to-end freight operations by booking cargo space, scheduling transportation, and coordinating air, sea, and land shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin. Ensure compliance with local and international customs regulations and trade requirements.
• Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing shipment status updates, responding to freight-related inquiries, and resolving delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate closely with shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, warehouses, customs brokers, and overseas agents to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
• Billing & Cost Management: Verify freight charges, process vendor invoices, manage customer billing, prepare Delivery Orders (D/O), and support accurate job costing and financial reconciliation.
• Operational Monitoring: Track shipment progress, proactively identify potential disruptions, and implement corrective actions to maintain service standards and customer satisfaction.
