RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Coordinate with with factory, Warehouse and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

·       Resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and delays under tight deadlines.

·       Familiar with customs and port regulations across regions

·       Familiar with insurance claims

·       Familiar with COO, LC and other export documents for shipments

·       Familiar with SAP and Export Control

·       Preparation of logistics reports, KPIs, and operational updates for management review.

REQUIREMENTS

·       Possess minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, orequivalent.

·       Minimum 4–6 years of relevant working experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chainoperations.

·       Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, warehouse operations, and transportation management.

·       Hands-on experience with SAP (MM, SD, or Logistics modules preferred).

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.

·       Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention todetail.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engageboth internal teams and external service providers.

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform under pressure in afast-paced environment.

·       Experience in process improvement, audit support, or system enhancement initiatives will be an added advantage
