The Role

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Logistics Crew Member holding a Class 3 or 4 Driving License. This isn't just a delivery job; you are a key pillar in ensuring that funeral arrangements are executed with the highest level of care, providing peace of mind to grieving families during their most difficult times.

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics, Setup and Tear Down: Manage the transport, installation and tear down of floral arrangements, religious backdrops, and wake decor and equipment across various locations.

• Efficiency: Ensure all items reach their destination punctually and are set up according to specific religious or family requirements.

• Inventory Management: Maintain an organized warehouse, keeping accurate records of stock levels and equipment.

• Maintenance: Take pride in the upkeep of company vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are clean and ready for service.

• Professionalism: Serve as a respectful representative of the company, handling on-site problem-solving with a calm and proactive attitude.

• Operational Support: Assist with general warehouse duties and teardowns as required by the operations team.

Job Requirements

• License: Must hold a valid Class 3 or 4 Driving License (experience with heavy vehicles is bonus).

• Commitment: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the needs of our clients.

• Physical Fitness: Comfortable with manual labor, including loading/unloading heavy items and working in outdoor/non-air-conditioned environments.

• Soft Skills: A professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and the ability to handle tasks with sensitivity.
