Join a dynamic team as a Customer Service professional, playing a crucial role in enhancing logistics and transportation operations. This opportunity offers the chance to engage with clients and manage delivery processes effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering prompt updates on shipment statuses.
• Plan and prepare job instructions for import and export trucking operations, including LCL/FCL.
• Coordinate local cargo collections and deliveries, ensuring a 100% on-time performance with warehouse teams.
• Liaise with various stakeholders, including depots and carriers, to ensure timely container movement and vessel status monitoring.
• Manage approvals and source external hauliers to facilitate the reuse of empty containers.
• Inspect and document container conditions; manage billing and refund processes for washing and damage charges with carriers and clients.
• Conduct administrative tasks, including documentation, faxes, and filing, to maintain accurate operational records.

Requirements:

• Minimum O-Levels/N-Levels or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or trucking operations within Singapore.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently resolve delivery delays or issues.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Candidates with experience in container haulage will be considered an advantage.
