Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage fleet operations, including vehicles, lorries, cranes, and machinery at construction sites
• Plan daily deployment of fleet, equipment, and logistics manpower (crane operators, lorry drivers, and support staff)
• Ensure timely movement of materials, machinery, and equipment to support project schedules and site operations.
• Work closely with project and site teams to support logistics planning and operational requirements
• Maintain fleet records, including maintenance schedules, insurance, permits, licenses, and vehicle usage
• Liaise with vendors for equipment rental, repairs, insurance renewals, and fleet-related services
• Verify and process fleet-related invoices and coordinate with Accounts Department for timely payment
• Prepare and submit logistics and fleet reports, including vehicle utilization, manpower deployment, maintenance status, fuel usage, downtime records, and monthly operational summaries for management review
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational standards
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction site logistics or fleet coordination
• Good knowledge of heavy machinery, lorry, and crane operations in a construction environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with site teams and operators
• Familiar with safety and regulatory requirements related to site logistics and transport operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
