An established manufacturer of contract lubricant is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely system updates.
• Coordinate with customers, forwarders, and transporters to ensure smooth delivery and shipment arrangements.
• Follow up on delivery orders, shipping documentation, and shipment completion status.
• Monitor and update daily logistics activities, including outgoing goods and vessel/container schedules.
• Plan and maintain shipping schedules, including tank truck loading schedules and time slot bookings.
• Prepare and issue logistics-related documents such as cargo tally sheets, labels, and blending instructions.
• Track shipment progress and provide customers with delivery updates and shipment photos where required.
• Support the logistics team with administrative coordination and other ad-ho coperational duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec/ Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Able to use Microsoft Office applications
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
