Salary and Benefits:

•        $2,200 – $2,600/month

•        Up to 2 months bonus (performance+ completion)

•        Stable 2-year contract role

•        Office hours (no shift work)

•        Company transport provided (from CCK & Lakeside MRT)

Working Shift:

•        Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:45pm)

Working Location:

•        Penjuru (Nearest MRT: Lakeside /Chinese Garden)

Key Responsibilities

•        Process orders, invoices, and transactions using SAP

•        Ensure timely Goods Receipt (GR)and Goods Issue (GI) entries

•        Maintain stock accuracy and coordinate with warehouse team

•        Perform stock checks and verify inventory physically when required

•        Liaise with customers, sales team, and internal stakeholders

•        Prepare monthly billing, KPI, and operational reports

•        Handle administrative duties and resolve operational issues

Requirements:

•        Minimum 1–2 years of logistics /supply chain / admin experience

•        Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

•        Knowledge of SAP / WMS systems is required

•        Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

•        Good communication skills and able to liaise with stakeholders
