Responsibilities

• Record and verify incoming spare parts stock to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Create and issue purchase orders (PO) to suppliers for required spare parts to ensure timely replenishment
• Communicate with suppliers via email to request quotations for spare parts to support procurement decisions
• Manage administrative tasks related to stock and service departments to maintain organized records and smooth operations
