Job Summary

The Logistics Administrator supports daily logistics and supply chain operations by coordinating shipments, maintaining records, tracking deliveries, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role works closely with warehouses, transport providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient movement of goods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare and process shipping documents, delivery orders, invoices, and customs paperwork accurately
• Track shipment status and communicate updates to customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records in company systems for operational transparency
• Liaise with transport providers, warehouses, and suppliers to resolve delivery and shipment issues promptly
• Schedule deliveries and arrange transportation according to operational needs
• Verify shipping costs, freight charges, and vendor invoices for accuracy and cost control
• Generate logistics and inventory reports for management review and decision-making
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and logistics procedures to maintain standards
• Support general administrative duties related to supply chain operations to facilitate smooth workflows
