Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to support our daily operations in medical device logistics and inventory management. The role involves handling stock movement and coordination of equipment to hospitals and clients across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of medical devices and consumables

Track stock levels and ensure timely replenishment

Coordinate delivery and collection of medical equipment to and from hospitals

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products

Handle packing, loading, and unloading of equipment

Maintain proper documentation for all deliveries、Requirements

Diploma / Nitec / relevant qualification

1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management

Experience handling inventory systems or stock tracking

Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is required

Comfortable driving for deliveries when in need
