We're Hiring: Logistic Supervisor (Warehouse and Cold Chain Management)

💰 Salary: S$2600 – S$2900 (with allowances & incentives) + PB (Up to 2mths) + OT + Comprehensive Benefits Package 

⏰ Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am –6pm 

Ready to take the lead in a fast-paced logistics environment? We are looking for a hands-on Logistics Supervisor to oversee warehouse and cold chain operations, lead a team, and ensure the safe, efficient movement and storage of goods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily warehouse operations like storage, inventory control, stocktaking, transhipment and cargo handling activities.
• Oversee secure handling of goods, Manage Cargo and Material handling security procedures - Manage cargo acceptance - handle dangerous goods, time and heat sensitive cargo as per required processes. 
• Lead and support warehousing staffs, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards, to meet operational requirements, KPIs and service expectations.
• Communicate requirements and activities to stakeholders.
• Resolve operational issues, service lapses, and customer escalations.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify safety gaps and implement corrective actions to comply with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to improve operational efficiency, productivity and ensure adhere to company governance, reporting, and data protection requirements.
• Adapt the latest technology or electronic tools and devices to improve and maximize team operations.
• Co-ordinate department's incident or crisis management initiatives.
• Any other additional duties as assigned by management. 

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/ O Levels /NITEC. 
• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a warehouse / logistic operations role.
• Fork Lift experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) like SAP/WMS
• Prior experience in WSH (workplace safety and health) will be an advantage.
• Technology savvy – required to work on Apps and systems for the Warehouse and logistic operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Good team player, able to work well independently and in a team.
• Detailed, proactive and result-driven.
