· Planning for the van sales working schedules

· Back-up drivers’ routes if required

· Planning & organizing delivery routes

· Monitoring on the cleaning schedules of vehicles

· Visit retail outlet

· Back-up merchandising function

· In-store QC role

· Daily checking of drivers’ routes summary & communicate with drivers for specific remarks

· Ensure that the drivers do not abuse the usage of the cash card and diesel usages.

· Ensure that the vehicles road tax, servicing and repairs are up to date.

· Enforce discipline within the team

· Conduct training for new staffs
