Logistic Executive

• Coordinate with factory, warehouse, and customers to ensure smooth and timely logistics operations that meet business requirements
• Resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and delays promptly to minimize impact on supply chain performance
• Apply knowledge of customs and port regulations across regions to ensure compliance and avoid shipment delays
• Manage insurance claims related to logistics incidents to secure appropriate compensation
• Prepare and verify COO, LC, and other export documents
• Prepare logistics reports, KPIs, and operational updates for management review to support decision-making
• Analyze logistics data using Microsoft Excel to identify trends and support continuous process improvements
• Engage internal teams and external service providers through effective communication and stakeholder management
• Manage multiple priorities independently and perform under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Support process improvement, audit activities, and system enhancement initiatives to optimize logistics operations

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations
