Job Description:

• Receive goods from suppliers, verify PO# and DO#, and perform physical count checks for discrepancies

• Ensure all received items are accurately entered into the business system

• Generate and print Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)

• Transfer items to QC for inspection and kitting of parts

• Maintain proper stock location, organization, labelling, and traceability within the warehouse/HUB

• Assist in annual stock-take and audit processes

• Manage inventory of slow-moving stocks and ensure accuracy in records

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / N Level qualification

• Familiarity with Syspro Business Software is an advantage

• Willing to learn, proactive, and possess a positive attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field; fresh candidates willing to learn are welcome
