Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Loan Officer to assist clients with

personal loan applications, evaluate financial eligibility, and manage loan documentation.

The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and adherence to

regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loan enquiries and explain available loan products.

• Perform customer onboarding including KYC verification and eligibility assessment.

• Evaluate loan applications based on income documents and repayment capability.

• Process loan applications and prepare loan agreements.

• Conduct follow-up calls with potential customers (leads provided).

• Monitor loan repayment schedules and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Ensure all loan transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company SOPs.

• Maintain proper documentation and loan records.

• Handle office administrative tasks including filing, record updates, and reporting

• Other Ad-Hoc duties

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience in loans, banking, finance, or customer service preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of financial documentation and credit assessment.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
