Job Description:

• Support and execute account maintenance requests, including updating bank static data and customer information, customer profile creations and account closures.
• Review onboarding applications and customer profile changes to ensure compliance to regulatory guidelines.
• Handle requests from external organisations such as liquidators & IRAS.
• Assist in FATCA/CRS tax declaration review and reporting.
• Perform loan administration tasks, including gathering and analysing customer bank statements for loan applications.
• Collaborate closely with the credit risk team to perform credit maintenance functions such as credit monitoring and limit updates.
• Assist with system testing and other ad hoc tasks when required.

Requirements:

• A Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Critical thinker
• Responsible and good team player
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Open to candidates with no prior experience, though two years of experience in banking operations will be an added advantage
