Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and sales-driven Livestream Host to present products live on e-commerce and social media platforms. You will engage viewers, answer questions, and create a fun, trustworthy shopping experience that drives sales.

Responsibilities

• Host livestream sessions on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other social channels to showcase products effectively
• Present product features, benefits, promotions, and usage clearly and persuasively to engage viewers
• Respond promptly and naturally to viewer questions during live sessions to encourage participation and build trust
• Collaborate with the team to plan livestream topics, scripts, product highlights, and promotional strategies
• Prepare for livestreams by familiarising yourself with products, developing talking points, and participating in run-throughs
• Analyze livestream performance data and audience feedback to suggest improvements for future sessions
• Assist in creating simple short-form videos or promotional content as needed to support marketing efforts

Required competencies and certifications

• Full-time availability to meet scheduling needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and persuade viewers
• Comfortable speaking confidently on camera with a lively presence
• Ability to think quickly and respond effectively during live interactions
• Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee Live, Instagram Live, or similar livestream and e-commerce platforms
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, evenings, weekends, and campaign periods

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Interest in beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer products to connect authentically with the audience
• Prior experience in livestreaming, content creation, retail sales, customer engagement, or hosting roles
• Positive personality with high energy and clear speaking voice for effective product presentation
• Ability to adapt tone and style based on audience and campaign needs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
