Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Application Production Engineer to support and maintain e/mobile banking applications and related APIs in a RUN environment. This role focuses on L2/L3 production support, incident resolution, and ensuring application stability across complex systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure daily RUN / MCO of e/mobile banking applications
• Diagnose and resolve production incidents (L2/L3 support)
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and support teams
• Execute deployments, releases, and configuration changes
• Maintain application stability and service continuity
• Contribute to operational improvements and documentation
• Support application environments (Linux & Windows)

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Production Support (L2/L3) / RUN environments
• Solid expertise in Linux/Unix
• Hands-on experience with:ApacheTomcatDocker
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
• Experience working in complex, multi-team environments
• Familiarity with ITIL processes
• Fluent English

Nice to Have

• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk, Dynatrace)
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release)
• Knowledge of Identity Provider (IDP) / authentication flows
• Experience in digital banking or mobile banking projects
• Basic scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
• French is a plus

• Standard working hours (no shifts)
• On-call support may be required (rare)
