Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to litigation fee earners
Prepare, amend, proofread, and finalize correspondence and complex legal documents accurately and on time
Manage diaries, meetings, calls, travel arrangements, and general office administration
Assist with client/matter openings, conflict checks, and document management systems
Maintain databases, filing, archiving, and contact records
Support billing processes including invoices, time reports, draft bills, and follow-ups
Requirements
3+ years of legal secretarial experience, preferably in litigation
Excellent written and spoken communication
Strong typing skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Well-organised, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team
