Our Client, a Well-renowned Firm is seeking to recruit for a Legal Editor opening for their growing division.

Location: Central Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Handling editorial work through deep focus on content structure and ensuring conformity with the house style
• Guide and work with a team of authors to improvise the contents in relation to law
• Ensure quality of the work is first-rate and publications are published in a timely manner
• Oversee the manuscript through the production stages of the publishing process to ensure that all is in good order
• Ensure quality of the work is first-rate and publications are published in a timely manner
• Participate in events to promote titles
• Maintain a good working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Law degree, and Bar admission is of an advantage but non-essential
• Ability to grasp house style requirements quickly
• Meticulous and organised with an eye for detail 
• Able to work well under tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
