My client is looking for a Legal Contract Support to supports regional contract operations and ensures alignment with company's core values for high performance. 

about the job

• Coordinate and maintain contracts supporting the buying and selling of physical crude oil, refined products, and renewable products across the Asia Pacific region
• Draft, process, and oversee legal documents such as Purchase and Sales Agreements, Storage Agreements, and Tenders
• Act as the primary point of contact to coordinate and lead negotiations with third parties regarding any contract discrepancies
• Negotiate and manage Brokerage Agreements, Clearing Broker Agreements, and broker commissions.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance the processes, rules, and protocols for the administration and execution of all agreements
• Interact effectively within a team environment, proactively sharing knowledge and maintaining clear communication across departments

skills and experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, International Trading, or a related field
• Understanding and experience within the Asian energy market
• Prior experience in drafting and reviewing contracts/agreements is highly advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills, paired with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
•  Results-oriented with the ability to think and act decisively and independently under situations of extreme pressure and change
• A strong team player capable of working seamlessly within a small team and providing cover for other members as needed
• A self-starter with a strong desire to grow the company's regional and global business while actively developing within the role
