Responsibilities 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate located in Singapore. The Legal Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks to support the firm's legal services, including but not limited to legal document preparation, research and analysis, communication with clients and other legal professionals, and assisting with legal issues as needed. 

Requirements 

Strong analytical skills with knowledge and understanding of the legal industry and Singapore law 

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

Experience in legal document preparation and review 

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other legal professionals 

Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks 

Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information 

Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent from a reputable university 

1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a reputable law firm
