Responsibilities

• Proofread and revise drafts of legal documents based on guidance from the legal team.
• Research, analyse, and interpret relevant laws and regulations for inclusion in legal documents.
• Maintain proper electronic and physical filing of legal records.
• Prepare legal and management reports.
• Handle law‑related queries from internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the legal team on projects, legal research, and enforcement of company policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies on legal documentation.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and interpret legal documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of programming languages is an added advantage for database management.
