**About the Role**

S-11 F&B Holdings operates a network of coffeeshops across Singapore. We are looking for a Leasing Officer to manage stall leasing and tenant relations across our outlets. You will be the key point of contact for stallholders and support the full leasing cycle from onboarding to renewal.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage the end-to-end leasing process for food stalls, including new tenancies, renewals, and terminations

- Prepare, review, and administer tenancy agreements and related documents

- Serve as the main liaison for stallholders on lease terms, rental matters, and enquiries

- Monitor rental collection and follow up on outstanding payments

- Maintain accurate leasing records, tenancy schedules, and unit occupancy data

- Coordinate with internal teams and outlets on unit handovers, renovations, and compliance matters

- Support leasing-related reporting and administrative duties

**Requirements**

- Diploma or relevant qualification; candidates with strong relevant experience will also be considered

- Prior experience in leasing, property, tenancy administration, or a related field is an advantage

- Good organizational, communication, and negotiation skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

- Meticulous, responsible, and able to manage multiple tenancies
