The Role

This position will manage and administer leases in a portfolio of properties.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance of lease management database and tracking reports i.e tenancy schedule, tenant informaion, status of lease documentation.
• Responsible for preparation of lease documents i.e. conduct relevant searches, cover letters.
• Enter information and data into the system and maintain the database, as well as monitor the status of lease documents.
• Provide lease administrative support such as ordering of flowers, processing of invoices, accrual of expenses, arranging of couriers, amongst others.
• Provide departmental support on lease administrative matters.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in relevant courses.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is essential.
• Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
• You should be meticulous, diligent, a team player, independent and process initiative. Other key attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
