Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week
Salary: up to $4400/mth (Depending on experience)

Duties:

• Prepare lease documents such as lease agreements and side letters. 

• Monitor and follow up on the submission of lease documents and other relevant documents (e.g. Sales Certificate, Audited Sales Report and Public Liability Insurance) by tenants.

• E-stamping, upload lease documents and relevant documents in designated systems and shared repositories.

• Collate and maintain lease movements / details records.

• Maintain and update tenants’ contact list in designated leasing systems and shared repositories.

• Liaise with tenants on their arrears payment status.

• Attend to tenants’ feedback/requests, develop and maintain cordial relationships with tenants.

• Assist in preparing reports related to leasing activities.

• Perform related duties as assigned by your manager.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years' experience in Lease Administration functions

• Prior experience with handling large volumes of documentations

• Strong customer service mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills.
