Our client, a well-established organisation is seeking for a Learning & Development ( L&D ) Senior Manager - $ 8,500.00 + AWS + attractive Bonuses / 21 annual leave / CentralWest Area

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management or Business or relevant. 
• At least 10 years of full spectrum of L&D experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong communication and writing skill
• Experience in working with Senior Management/HOD to develop the appropriate learning and development strategies.
• Experience in transformation projects leading to excellence in organisation culture or Learning & Development or HR practices
• Familiar with Skills Future and other Sectoral Competency Frameworks to identify growth areas for company employees
