Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for the development, enhancement, and support of the company’s strategic web services across the full software delivery lifecycle. Works on both BAU operations and project initiatives, collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions. Plays a key role in translating business strategy and digital vision into scalable and practical technology solutions.

Mandatory Skill-set

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience;
  • Must have 8 years of experience in software development, including hands-on Agile/Scrum delivery;
  • Strong experience across the end-to-end software development lifecycle and methodologies;
  • Proven experience working in lean, cross-functional teams, including requirement analysis and system specification;
  • Must have hands-on experience in C#, Web Services (WCF), SOAP (XML), and REST (JSON);
  • Solid understanding of WCF, MVC framework, OOP concepts, and UML with ability to apply them in business context;
  • Strong experience with MS SQL Server, including database design, query optimization, and stored procedures;
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skill-set

  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor for full-stack development.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, define acceptance criteria, and translate them into technical solutions;
  • Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications, including middle-tier components and web services aligned with architecture standards;
  • Provide effort estimation, planning, and task allocation to meet project timelines;
  • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for application and production issues;
  • Carry out unit, performance, and manual testing to ensure application quality;
  • Maintain technical documentation (UML) and adhere to development and architectural standards;
  • Coordinate with business users, project managers, and vendors to deliver solutions on time and within budget, while supporting system integrations and continuous improvements.
