Known for our commitment to asset integrity, operational excellence, and engineering safety, we deliver elite Project Management Teams (PMTs) that safeguard our clients' multimillion-dollar capital investments globally.

For an upcoming drilling rig construction and reactivation project in Singapore, Peak Ocean is assembling an owner-side PMT. We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Naval Arch Engineer to serve as a Client Representative in this role.

  • Serve as the ultimate marine authority for the PMT's naval architecture division.
  • Manage critical technical interfaces between Peak Ocean, the Engineering Manager, the shipyard technical office, classification societies (DNV/ABS), and Flag State.
  • Lead the review and final sign-off of stability booklets, hull structural analysis, jacking system design, and loadout/sea-fastening procedures.
  • Manage and mentor the Senior and Naval Arch Engineers on site.
  • Hold final accountability for the naval architecture division's contribution to on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with the Asset Readiness Lead on marine systems inputs to the critical spares list and two-year spares list.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Naval Architecture.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IMO MODU Code, SOLAS, Classification Society rules (ABS/DNV), and applicable Flag State requirements.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in offshore/marine construction or fabrication.
