1. Scope of work and responsibilities:

u  Be responsible for sorting out the workload of electrical and instrument disciplines in the project, and cooperate with other departments to complete the preparation and technical clarification of subcontracting inquiry documents;

u  Track the completion of the design documents of the propulsion electrical instrument discipline as planned;

u  Assist in the review of the process and result version documents of the detailed design electrical instrument discipline, and fully communicate with the detailed design to ensure that the depth of the detailed design documents required for the platform transformation meets the requirements of the subsequent construction;

u  Take the lead in the professional processing and design of electrical instruments, complete the preparation of various additional documents, and complete the review and approval of technical documents of subcontractors (if any);

u  Connect with the Owner's design manager or professional lead to fully communicate the construction requirements and design document requirements;

u  Provide on-site technical support for onshore and offshore construction, and solve problems encountered during construction in a timely manner;

u  Provide technical support for each procurement package, and define technical requirements and technical basis;

2.  Technical requirements:

u  Have a solid professional background in ocean engineering and the ability to be a professional leader;

u  More than 15years of experience in offshore engineering industry, familiar with EPCI project management process;

u  Be able to listen, speak, read and write Chinese due to handling Chinese client

u  Proficient in basic document office software and 3D model software;
