Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our sales team as a Lead Generation Specialist. You will play a key role in connecting with potential customers, identifying opportunities, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and digital platforms.
• Research and map out potential target customers and industries.
• Qualify and nurture leads, ensuring smooth handover to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system.
• Communicate our value proposition effectively to generate interest.
• Assist in arranging meetings and product demos for the sales team.
• Track lead generation activities and share regular progress updates.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years’ experience in telesales, inside sales, or a related role. No experience but keen to take up the challenge can apply too!
• Confident with outbound outreach and prospecting.
• CRM familiarity is a plus, but not mandatory.
