Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce detailed tender and construction drawings for mechanical systems.
• Define project scope, identify potential issues, and raise clarifications as needed.
• Evaluate quotations and bid documents to ensure alignment with project requirements and specifications.
• Prepare and present comprehensive design reports to project stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage the construction drawing management forms, ensuring all drawings are updated and accurate.
• Create and verify calculation reports to support the design process.
• Review and verify all design and construction drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Review and validate major equipment and material specification sheets.
• Approve major equipment purchase requisitions and ensure procurement aligns with project needs.
• Manage and coordinate external design tasks for respective disciplines.
• onduct design handover sessions with clients and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in detail design of Mechanical Systems (ACMV, Chilled water plant, Building Services, Cleanrooms, etc)
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other mechanical design tools
• Understanding of HVAC systems, piping, pressure vessels, plumbing, and other mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines
• The candidate must be fluent in both Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Candidates with good experience will be considered for a higher role, and the salary will be commensurate accordingly
