Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical advisor to customers, building strong relationships with IT, operations, and senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales to understand client requirements, run discovery workshops, and shape solution strategies.
  • Co-develop proposals, demos, and RFP/RFI responses, translating technical integration solutions into business value and ROI.
  • Address technical queries, define integration scope, and contribute to effort estimation, pricing, and SOW development.
  • Deliver solution presentations, product showcases, and briefings to C-level and operational stakeholders.
  • Lead full onboarding lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, including requirements gathering, design, UAT, hypercare, and transition to support.
  • Define onboarding roadmap, milestones, RACI, and risk management framework to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Drive alignment across Development, Implementation, Operations, and Commercial teams as the accountable onboarding lead.
  • Enhance onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and SOPs to reduce time-to-value and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and design integration workflows using EDI/API standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON).
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements to optimize system performance and data flow.
  • Ensure adherence to security and integration standards, maintain documentation, and support clients with training and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 8 years of relevant experience in system integration or enterprise implementations.
  • Proven experience in leading customer onboarding for enterprise systems, preferably within freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Demonstrated success in solution consulting or pre-sales roles, supporting commercial teams to win and expand accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and modern integration technologies (XML, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Ability to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies (including agentic AI) to enhance solution design and productivity.
  • Experience in co-selling, building business cases, solution scoping, effort estimation, and value-based selling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, deliver executive presentations, and conduct workshops effectively.
  • Customer-centric, analytical, and self-driven individual with strong problem-solving skills, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and global mindset.
