As a Laptop Repair Technician, you will be responsible to

Job Descriptions:

• Provide support, troubleshooting and maintenance on PCs, Laptops and mobile phones.

• Preferable have experience on troubleshooting, repair and dismantle of computers and notebooks. Replace harddisk, LED screen and motherboard.

• Adapt to changing technologies and learn functionally of new laptop and phone application.

• Customer oriented with good communication skills , keen to learn more repair skills

Ideal Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 year's hands-on and working experience in a similar capacity
• Must have the following skills: computer hardware and software troubleshooting, Computer Hardware Assembling and Disassembling, Testing and Diagnostic software
• Must be able to speak, read and write English to communicate with English-speaking customers
• Preferably with a customer service experience to service customers with products/services.
• 5½-day work week, 11am - 8 30pm
• Experience in mobile phone repairs would be advantageous.
• Candidates with no prior experience no need to apply as we are seeking experienced candidate in theis field
