Junior Architect/ Landscape Architect

Job Description

· Contribute to the design thinking and process

· Translate the design ideas into design solutions

· Production of design packages for Concept, Schematic Design and Design Development

· Construction documentation and site inspection work

· Project management and coordination, ensure projects are carried out within contract terms and schedules

· Participate in client, consultant and contractor meetings

· Coordinate on plans’ submission and liaise with relevant authorities

· Able to travel as and when required

· Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements

· Bachelor/Master in Architecture or Landscape Architecture or equivalent

· Good grasp of written and spoken

· Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in landscape design with some projects experience

· Able to work independently as well as be a good team player

· Creative, design proficiency, good visualization and graphic skills

· Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite Software packages

· Excellent conceptualization skills and able to articulate concepts into design and details

· Excellent organization skills

· Sound knowledge of trees and plants, their form, physiology, growth habits and landscape materials
